This Privacy Policy describes how RACKET ZONE LTDA, CNPJ 53.000.453/0001-84 ("RacketZone", "we"), handles personal data of users of the RacketZone app and the website www.racketzone.app, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Data we collect

Data you provide

• Registration: full name, public nickname, email, password, profile photo;
• Social login: identifiers provided by the social login provider you choose, as authorized by you;
• Sports profile: sports played, skill level, schedule availability;
• Content: match results, posts, comments, chat messages, notes;
• Contact and newsletter: name, email, and message submitted through website forms.

Data collected automatically

• Location: when authorized, to find nearby players and matches;
• Usage and device data: device identifiers, operating system, push notification token, access logs;
• Technical data necessary for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use your data

• To operate the app's features (match recording, statistics, communities, location-based matchmaking);
• To send push notifications related to your activity (invites, messages, matches);
• To generate personalized AI analyses and monthly recaps (Premium);
• To send transactional emails and, with your consent, the newsletter;
• To respond to contact and support requests;
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the rights of the company and its users.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data based on the LGPD's legal bases, mainly: performance of a contract (operating the service), consent (location, newsletter), legitimate interest (security, service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Other users, through the platform's social features (public profile, results, posts);
• Infrastructure and essential service providers, such as hosting, push notification delivery, social login authentication, and artificial intelligence technology for insight generation;
• Authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some providers may be located outside Brazil; in such cases, we adopt appropriate safeguards under the LGPD.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy or to comply with legal obligations. Application access logs are kept for at least 6 months, as required by the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014). You can delete your account in the app settings or request deletion via sac@racketzone.app. After deletion, your data is removed or anonymized, except where retention is legally required; however, to preserve the accuracy of other users' statistics, the name you used remains linked solely to the matches in which another player recorded you as their opponent.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, write to sac@racketzone.app. You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as credential encryption, access control, and secure communication (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

8. Cookies

Our site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how pages are used. These cookies are only enabled after your consent in the banner shown on your first visit. To see which cookies we use, their purposes and how to manage them, read our Cookie Policy.

9. Automated decisions and artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence to generate personalized analyses and insights from your matches (a Premium feature). These insights are informational and do not produce legal effects or constitute automated decisions that significantly affect you. Even so, under Article 20 of the LGPD, you may request information about this processing and a review by our team, at sac@racketzone.app.

10. Children and teenagers

RacketZone is not intended for people under 18 without guardian authorization. Accounts of unauthorized minors may be removed. The processing of children's and adolescents' data follows their best interest, under Article 14 of the LGPD.

11. Newsletter

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receiving email communications about RacketZone news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. The current version will always be available on this page.
